Developing ESP Ability

In this workshop Alyssa, a working Medium, Intuitive Card Reader and Reiki Master/Teacher will walk you through the first steps of how to develop and work with your natural Intuitive and Psychic abilities.
I firmly believe and hold as my own personal truth that we are all born with Extrasensory Perception, however as time has progressed, we have largely shoved it down and out of day-to-day use.
In this workshop we will be discussing the different categories of ESP abilities, how to find yours, ways to develop it, work with it and how to trust what you’re being given by the Universe. Exercises to gain confidence and understanding will be utilized and it is asked that you come to this space with an open mind and heart.
I spent my time as a teenager and young adult fighting against and pushing away my intuitive and psychic self. This heightened ability came with a lot of confusion, and I didn't know how to handle it. After the death of my grandmother, I committed myself to understanding and training it and doing it by myself was both challenging and occasionally lonely. My goal in this workshop is to provide a guiding light and support to those looking to tap into a side of human nature so often swept under the rug.

Sunday Reset

Shake off the week before and set yourself up for success with this Sunday Reset!
Join me for a relaxing hour of gentle movement and stretching, grounding and clearing to help you re-center and ground after the week. Then take some time to set your intentions, goals and tasks for the week ahead in order to set yourself up for the week to come. Take this time for yourself to pour into your own cup.
Reservation is required.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
Mats are available but feel free to bring your own.
This class will run weekly.

A Night of Spirit Messaging

Ever wonder what people are talking about when they talk about grounding or centering? What about clearing energy or protecting it? In this basic energetic techniques class, we cover how to ground, how to clear and how to protect our energy as well as a few other techniques to get our energetic fields whipped into shape and working for us instead of against us.
This is a beginner's class meant for people with little or no energetic work experience.
