Shake off the week before and set yourself up for success with this Sunday Reset!
Join me for a relaxing hour of gentle movement and stretching, grounding and clearing to help you re-center and ground after the week. Then take some time to set your intentions, goals and tasks for the week ahead in order to set yourself up for the week to come. Take this time for yourself to pour into your own cup.
Reservation is required.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
Mats are available but feel free to bring your own.
This class will run weekly.

Introducing Pendulums

Pendulums have a long history both in use of the mundane and the magical. From finding water underground to speaking with spirits, learn how you can use pendulums in your day to day life. From finding the car keys to speaking with Grandma the pendulum can be a wonderfully versatile tool.

A Night of Spirit Messaging

In this intimate gallery reading, Alyssa, a Clairsentient Medium will spend the evening delivering messages from loved ones who have passed as well as messaging from her ability to feel and read the energy of those in the room.
